A couple of pupils from each English Class grade level, a little coloured pavement chalk, loads of imagination, three iPads, a printer and some photo quality paper add up to another Fun Monday. Pupils worked comfortably in small groups to create chalk drawings that became part of photographs that they composed and then became a part of. There were bunches of balloons, tall buildings for stuntmen, dragons and dragons slayers. Pupils took turns acting as photographers.
Each pupil received printed photos of their work to take home as keepsakes.
This dragon was so big that it was difficult to capture the whole dragon in one image.
It was rewarding to see how engaged the pupils were in the project. The interaction between the older pupils and the younger pupils was priceless.
Printed photo props also provided lots of photographic opportunities for the pupils. Don’t they look amazing?
